Shipping Policy
Dudhwala Jamat Vadodara does not dispatch or ship any physical goods. All services provided through this platform are strictly for online event hall bookings. Booking confirmations, receipts, and communication are delivered electronically via email or SMS only.
No courier service, logistics, or parcel delivery is applicable. Customers are expected to visit the hall physically on the booked date and time. For any booking or payment-related assistance, please contact the hall administration.
Terms & Conditions of Service
Once the hall is cleaned, the customer will be responsible for any waste that occurs. No one should sit in the elevator, it should only be used for goods. If there is any accident to the lift, the responsibility will be the customer's. Refund Deposit and remaining money after paying the bill will be refunded by check. After a week. You will receive a return check for the account from which the money is withdrawn.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, natural calamity or emergency, the final decision will remain with the hall. If additional items are required, other than the same items as in the hall, the customer will have to make arrangements. It is strictly forbidden to break the band's rules, disrupt the band's activities, or consume alcohol in the hall. If anyone acts against the rules, the hall will be vacated immediately. If the whole booking is for one party, then there will be no function for the other party. Or if you cook food and send it to the other party, here it is.
Those who booked hall function will also of their. If you violate the rules, money will be deducted from the deposit. In the evening, hall cleaning at 7.00 pm, massage and kitchen cleaning at 4.00 pm. Morning cleaning of hall 12.00 pm, kitchen and kitchen 6.30 am. The final decision will rest with the Board of Trustees.
The judicial process will be subject to Vadodara. For full day bookings, 1 time will clean the hall. The stage and decoration in the hall will have to be constructed and opened within the given time.
It is necessary to take permission from the Jamaat to hold a program in the hall as per the rules of the Jamaat. The organization will not be held responsible for any kind of misunderstanding or dispute. No person can hold any kind of program in the hall without the permission of the Jamaat. If any program is held against the rules, the hall will be vacated immediately. As per the rules for the use of the hall, it will be mandatory to pay the required amount for booking the hall. 50% advance deposit is mandatory for every booking. The deposit amount will not be refunded on cancellation of the booking.
If any damage is caused to the hall and its property during the use of the hall, it will be the full responsibility of the customer. The value of the damage will be deducted from the deposit or additional compensation will be recovered. It is mandatory to keep the hall clean after the program is completed. If cleaning is not done, the deposit will be deducted.
Alcohol, gambling, tobacco or anti-religious activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are caught, the hall will be closed immediately and the deposit will be canceled.The customer should have their own insurance coverage for any kind of emergency (fire, electric, water, etc.). The hall will not be held responsible.
The hall will be opened and closed only as per the time fixed by the Jamaat for stage and decoration. It is mandatory for the brother who books the hall to register his information - name, address, mobile number, etc. correctly.
Morning hall timings will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Afternoon timings will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Evening timings will be from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The hall will be closed after 11:00 pm. 50% advance payment is mandatory to book the hall. Advance payment will not be refunded after cancellation of booking. If any vandalism occurs during the use of the hall, the customer will be responsible. Alcohol, gambling, cigarettes, tobacco are prohibited in the hall.
Use of mic and sound system in the hall as per the rules.It is mandatory to follow the rules for parking outside the hall. Any political or religious program is prohibited inside or outside the hall. The program will be running under the hall's camera (CCTV), so it is mandatory to maintain disciplined behavior.It is mandatory to use the hall's washroom and kitchen in a hygienic manner.Do not waste water in the hall's washroom. All payments for hall bookings will be accepted only through cheques or online transactions in the name of the Jamaat.
The hall will be cleaned once, after which the customer will be responsible for the waste. Use the lift only for goods. Personal use is prohibited. If there is an accident in the lift, it will be the responsibility of the customer. Refund deposit will be returned by check within a week after paying the bill. If there is damage to the hall's items or building, its amount will be deducted from the deposit or an additional payment will have to be made. Improper use of alcohol, gambling, tobacco, and microphones is prohibited inside the hall. Do not allow another party or function to take place during one party. It is mandatory to have the information of the person booking the hall in full in the Jamaat's records. The final decision will be taken by the Board of Trustees. If there is a dispute, the court process will be under Vadodara. Follow fire safety rules during an emergency in the hall. For full day bookings, the hall will be cleaned only once.

To ensure public safety or hall security during any investigation. For the safety of all guests and property, the hall premises are under CCTV surveillance. The footage may be reviewed in case of incidents, damage, or rule violations. CCTV data is used strictly for security and compliance purposes. All refund transactions are logged for transparency and compliance. Deposit adjustments may occur in case of property damage, rule violations, or pending dues. Any dispute or legal matter related to privacy, booking, or refund shall fall under the jurisdiction of Vadodara Courts, Gujarat, India. Refund Policy
